2. Generally, most manufacturers are very conscious of the need to provide a high caliber warranty service. However, sometimes its hard to get the help you need, particularly if a face to face meeting would shorten the problem solving procedure. And there is nothing more frustrating than taking that shiny new tool into the workshop, to see it disappear within days, sometimes for several weeks, just for a warranty repair.

So we have introduced our hands on warranty policy. If you have a problem that is covered by the manufacturers warranty plan in the first 14 days after purchase, we will liaise with the manufacturer direct on your behalf to obtain the best result possible within the guidelines of that manufacturer's warranty policy

If you need delivery of any item purchased from us, we can arrange a very cost effective delivery service anywhere in Australia (or overseas) at very favourable rates, guaranteed and fully insured to make sure it gets to you safely and quickly. In Brisbane, we can even arrange pickup Monday to Friday and Saturday morning. Some pickup on selected evenings for those of you that work during the day is possible with sufficient notice. Our delivery service will even provide tracking information or a delivery timeframe so you don't have to hang around the workshop waiting for it all day !

4. Many people realise the work and tools needed in assembly of highly accurate workshop equipment can be very demanding, of time, and of skills. If you need assistance or just want to get your purchase up and going quickly, we can help. In Brisbane, we have experienced and skilled trades people fully trained in the tools we support, who can provide free telephone support to assist with setup, install, tune, test, and then even show you how to get the best results with your new tools.

5. Our support umbrella does not stop after delivery either. If you find you're not getting the results you expect, or have a problem with the use of your tool, you can call us anytime, FREE, and we will always do our best to find the answer, or someone who has it.
